  • Take an active role in the recruitment processes of Human Resources functions and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field,
  • Preferably with recruitment experience in the healthcare industry,
  • Excellent speaking and written skills in English,
  • Well-developed communication skills, result-oriented, adopting development as a principle, prone to teamwork,
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving ability,
  • Researching and developing Human Resources practices, taking responsibility for their own and company development,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description

  • Carrying out the recruitment processes for open positions within the management center,
  • Carrying out studies on employee relations and internal communication,
  • Managing transfer, job change, promotion requests,
  • Taking part in Human Resources system, process improvement and development activities,
  • Taking part in the execution and reporting of exit interviews,
  • Supporting issues, policies and procedures related to human resources,
  • Carrying out cooperation processes with universities.
